Part 4
The journey in the cab was extremely quiet all the way until we passed by Newton MRT, I then broke the silence by asking her why she never go out with her BF on a weekend? She then replied that she just broke up with him few weeks ago. Like me and my GF, they had communication problems too. I then kept quiet as I suddenly did not know what to say. By now, we were fast approaching Potong Pasir. I have absolutely no idea how come the journey was so fast. Why is the taxi driver driving so fast when I wanted him to drive slower?

Within minutes, we arrived at her house. She got off the cab and started walking towards her house. She stays in a private house near the HDB flats in Potong Pasir estate. Just as the cab was moving off, she turned back and walk towards the cab, knocking on the taxi passenger seat window. I then open the taxi's door. She then asked for my pager number. Without any hesitation, I gave it to her immediately. She then said good night, close the taxi door and started walking towards her house again.

My house is only less than 10 minutes from Celia’s place. Upon alighting from the cab, I received a page. It was an unknown pager number. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that the pager number belongs to Celia. Now I wondered why the journey was taking so long for to reach my house.

Upon alighting from the taxi, my pager beeped again. I smile to myself and wondered why this girl so impatient one? When I look at the number on my pager I then realized that the number reflected there belongs to Rachel. Now who shall I call first? It is indeed a tough decision to make.

Taking the cordless phone to my room, I then page Celia back. I decided that I will wait 3mins, if she does not replied within that time frame, I will call Rachel. I guess it was heaven’s will as exactly 2mins and 49 seconds after I paged Celia, the house phone rang. I then answered the call.

At the other end of the line, a sweet voice answered, did anyone page Celia? I then replied cheekily, did anyone page me? She then laugh softly and said ‘it’s me lah, Celia’! I then answered ‘I know, you intro yourself already.’ I then asked her how did she find the movie and her reply was not bad a little boring but cinema was too cold. Luckily I have your hands to keep me warm. Hearing this, I know that this chick is here for me to take but can I do it? We then chit chat and talk about our secondary school days and current school life?

Time flies when you are enjoying doing something. Suddenly my pager beeped again. Celia on the phone heard it too. She then said, ‘looks like your GF looking for you, think you better return call to her, don’t make her worried.’ Before I can say anything, she said goodnight and hang up the phone.

I then called Rachel. She shouted at me over the phone the moment she answered. “Why you take so long to reply my call?” I then told her I was busy and on my way home. Her tone then calmed down and asks me how
the project discussion today was? Told her ok and told her I am tired and want to rest. Her tone sounded sad as she said goodnight and hang up the phone. I felt bad to hurt her like that however all that is in my mind is should I page Celia again? I then decided not to and retire for the night as she may be asleep already.

Early in the morning at around 9am, I received a page. It was from Celia’s pager. I jumped out of bed and returned page immediately. Within seconds she called back. She said good morning and asked me am I free for lunch today? Before I reply her, I suddenly recalled that today I had promise Rachel to go shopping with her in the afternoon. I then told Celia, I am only free after 4pm as I have a family function. She paused and said ‘ok we have dinner then, see you at CityHall MRT Station Control.’ After putting down the phone, I was smiling from cheek to cheek feeling excited about todays date.

Part 5
As planned, me and Rachel headed to Takashimaya for lunch and did some window shopping. She was looking for a gown as her eldest sister was getting married in 3 months time. Rachel is the youngest among the 3 sisters in her family. She is also the baby of the family. We had lunch at the food court and she managed to finally find a beautiful gown which I admit she looks good in it. However unfortunately all these time with her, I was busy looking at my watch.

When it was around 315pm, I told her I needed to go back as I have a family function. She looked at me sadly and said why you did not tell me earlier. I told her that I had forgotten too, lucky my mum just called and reminded me. The earlier page I received was from my mum. Actually the earlier page was from Jeff. She then said goodbye to me and said she will continue shopping as too early to go home. I kiss her goodbye and headed to the train station and proceed to CityHall.

I arrive at 345pm sharp at CityHall MRT station control. This time Celia arrived early at 355pm. She then said without Yvonne she very seldom late one. We both started laughing. She then suggested we walk in Raffles City until dinner time. I had no objections as long as I can walk with her anytime eat also can.

We did some window shopping at SOGO and browse the various boutiques. In one the shops, she chose a dress and said she wanted my opinion as she needs people’s opinion to buy clothes. She then went to try it. She came out of the fitting room in a beautiful black body hugging dress. My little brother seeing her in that outfit started reacting and grew slowly but bigger by the seconds. I then realized it has been more than 2 months since I last had sex.

I hope she did not see my brother edging put asking for fresh air as that would be pretty embarrassing. I then told her she look great in it. She then bought it. Before we realize it, it was already 630pm and time for dinner.

We had dinner at Westin Hotel Kopi-Tiam. Pretty expensive place but food is pretty good. We were happily chit chat when suddenly my pager beeped. We stopped talking and I took a look at the number. It was Rachel. Celia then asked me to return call. Told her not required and then I off the pager. I think I saw a little smile on her face when I did that. We then resume chit chatting. Before we realize it, it was already 10pm. I was really enjoying her company. We then decided to share a cab and head home.

The return journey this time is more interesting as we were talking all the way. As usual the journey seems so fast when you are having fun. As the taxi
approaches her house, she then asked me am I interested to have supper with her now. Seriously I am not hungry at all but I just want to extend my time with her so I said ok immediately. We both them alighted in front of her house.

I paid the cab and we both alighted. She then unlocked her house gate. I then asked “Aren’t we not having supper?” She then said we can cook noodles in her as supper as her parents are overseas and only her elder sister is at home. My heart jumped with excitement as I heard that as I suddenly realize what I may be getting tonight. We then both entered her house quietly.
