Bro u too free already. Keep yourself busy to make money even if it means to get 2 jobs. I am also like you but not so hardcore. Once in awhile go is good for relaxing and some release because we need some release or u will die of a male sickness when getting older. Now instead I have a FB on a regular basis and we do other things together that get my mind off certain things. I am also married but am not really happy with one because I am a man.

Bro, it's a good first step in accepting the fact that you have addiction in visiting ML/FL (same goes with any other forms of addiction curbing), despite that there is nothing wrong with having sexual desire and needs.

Try keeping yourself busy with other stuff or hobbies to keep your mind off the addiction. If you are determined, you can also start by setting a limit to how frequent you gonna visit FL/WL, then slowing reducing it further progressively. Sometimes it is not about having complete abstinence immediately, but as long as you can learn to have control/limit over the activity, that is a progress.

Otherwise, like other bros have mentioned, find a new gf or fb.

I think taking up new hobbies really helps. Or take up part time jobs, course or activity that will keep you occupied so you don't have so much time to think of sex.

If you like gaming, it is also a good way to keep you focus.

Study how to make money money and more money. Trust me, the urge NO MORE once you start making. Lose too bad hor. Start with this book titled RICHEST MAN IN BABYLON for starters. Don't go such places too often. I only go when overseas but I go all out.

Your addiction is not alone. FMoney is the cause of visiting to the ML which I did.

How to stop myself, withdraw money which is enough for myself and not to go for ML. Leave atm cards, credit card, debit card or any other cards that can use it for you to withdraw money when you are out. This is one method of visiting ML becoz you dont have money to offer one.

Since you have wife and if you trust her with your money, pass her your atm card and ask her to give you allowance instead.

There is such a thing as sex addition but its hard to define exactly. If you go by society expectations, normal male desires when expressed are classified as "addiction". Simply wanting to fuck multiple women is not addiction. However, if sex is the only thing you think about, if you get into trouble because you can't restrain yourself from criminal activity (like peeping tom or groping or self exposing etc) or if you use sex as the only way to deal with stress, then it could be an addiction. I have explored this area in detail and can tell you that many people in the programs are not really addicts, just guys being told by their wives or partners to go "fix" themselves. There are a few real addicts in there who need the help. So if you believe you are really out of control then go seek help. if you are going by what women or society is telling you but you feel ok about what you do then you are fine (as long as its not criminal behavior).

But I have been paying for sex for the past 20 years on and off.

I know it is not good for me and want to stop.
