1) Sorry one stupid question, why is it call call back card? Will the charges be reverted back to the other person in Thailand?

2) And why are the so many %#% cards around...got tons of Pre-paid cards and also tons of ICC cards, wats the diff.?

3) Why cant they juts specialise in jus one card for one country

4) Most cards I see are only $8~20, if i want call thailand everyday enuf meh, doesnt it means i have to top-card like seow everytime?

It gives me 200 plus min of talk time & that is supposed to be more than 3 hrs. I am using it to make short calls yesterday & i find the cost pretty affordable.

You using PDA fone?
If you do, can go and install Skype on ur PDA fone, get the M1 broadband sim card and voila!
Btw, the other also need to install skype too.

i am using phoenixx call back card as well, i finish 1 card every 1 and half day.. personally, i find phoenixx card quite good, sound quality is good. although sometimes if got network congestion, the card just dont call you back and you have to keep trying! hehe

I use 1515 to call Vietnam, this is one of the cheapest. The advantage is the clarity, and it does not have voice lag like most calling cards have. The voice is real time transmission and both parties can talk at the same time. Calling cards uses VOIP, and is dependent on the service provider. In general, Vietnam transmission is weaker. They have only about 300+ BTS, Singapore alone have 3000+ BTS. BTS are transmission and receiving stations.

Also 1515 charge by the minute. 15150 charge is slightly higher, and can be quite frastrating at time.

For China and Thailand, get a Starhubline, use 018, and the international calls are charged at local call rates. Also apply to USA and Malaysia.

In Malaysia, get a Maxis card and call overseas using 132 00 coutry code and number is the cheapest.

You can also keep your Maxis phone on in Singapore and the incoming calls are free. And also you can sms for free from Singapore to anywhere. If you are in the States, get your loves ones to call you on the Maxis card.... and only pay calls rates to Malaysia, or use Starhub

I have been using Home Connect from Starhub. pay $8.50 for the card and it has value of $15. Can call Vietnam for 35 mins. Works out to be around $0.25 per minute. Very clear voice quality. But most shops sell this card at $9.00 but a shop in Bukit Panjang Plaza selling it for $8.50
