For those of us used to SG KTVs, my understanding is that JB KTVs are a world apart. From my simple reading of most FRs on SBF and online threads, it seems RM100 is the room charge. not inclusive of the girls.

Visited Melaka KTV before, it was similar to SG pricing structure (room charge free, pay for alcohol, mama tips, girl tips. Unfortunately the girls there scared of us and they won't allow you to play too much. Maybe i visited the wrong one.

I know malaysia ktv girl playing level not high as what i remember they say muslim country cannot tnn in ktv.
But can tabao....
They are allow to take pill as polis there have took money from owners. As long in ktv and dont come out the polis wont catch. That is why their ktv session is until 6am.
Ok sg dont take pill so we stay clean.

But per hour rm100 for girl also quite ex already even though the girl no butterfly but you cannot tnn. If yr session start at 8pm and end at 3am. The girl sat 7 hrs x rm100=700=sg$234
Can go ST many times at spa or escort liao.
Plus room rm300 with 8 beer/fruit and nuts
Plus mamasan and waiter i dunno what rate. maybe mamasan rm100 and rm 50 for waiter
Total damage 400sgd for 1 night ktv
Is it worth the trip?

This is a great info! Actually quite true on the part that KTV is costly and suggested to go for ST... After considering of what you said and doing some research on JB KTV overall result is totally not worth it.
Have been camping at Plaza Sentosa this few days, as I was on a staycation trip with friends, Asked a few local grab driver and few people we met at Pixel, Neverland and some pubs around we were advise to stay out of KTV scene with the 2 reasons: Expensive (Tips, Booking of girl per hour, Alcohol etc and was being told that JB KTV isn't the same as SG Ktv… Very less TNN or anything further unless money spurge... So might as well ST or Outcall) , Drug (Being told that KTV Joints majority is being involve with drug, nowadays there is quite a few raid in KTV Joints, Flower Joint and especially Spa...Was told that even if we are not involve we will be cuff back for urine test etc than need to find someone to bail us out too, so not worth the trip especially its so much more expensive compare to ST or Out call etc) Thank you for the great tips and advise!

Went in Tokyo with Malaysian friends, rooms they paid for it think is 200 or 300rm.
Girls is 100rm per hour and i manage to tnn but like most bros say they not as adventurous.sit for 4 hours pay 400rm then mummy tip I gave 50rm though.

Maybe I Hum but inside a lot of drug pusher if sway Gunnar raid hongkan.

Just notice one of my close friend went to Tokyo too. He told me that it is not advise to go there as each hour is 100RM per girl, the girl playability low unless she like you, and the cost of tips for mummy, alcohol and room can easily book a over night at most of the stable.
