The recent uptick in the raid, was primarily due to the heavy advertisements. You can see that in Facebook, Wechat, etc. The authorities are not blind, plus there are lots of upset aunties, housewives that lives close to those joints. The joints are getting more bold, setting up close/near to coffee shops, dry markets, and some even near tuition centers. You will expect some level of complaints.

Perhaps they should consider moving away from residential areas back to the places like Golden Miles, Selegie, etc. You hear about raids those days but the frequencies are not that high.
