Malaysia, Thai, Singapore, Phi, China, Korea, Indonesia, Lao and Mongolia..
Trying to invest some property in Russia and Japan and Hongkong now..

Not sure how you can fully paid hdb at your age? With 2 kids simply not many can save up.
