TS, A word of advice. it is better to tell her that you may have passed her some STD than to let her find out herself. You already cheated on her, still want to lie?! At most she hate you for awhile or break up with you. Imagine she hating you for life due to ill effects of the STD.

TS, Gonorrhea indeed can be due to unhygienic habits . For example having sex on the beach or in the forest.

Last time i watch a Taiwan TV show the doctor is specialist with STD den he say it is near impossible for ppl to contact STD by accidentally rubbing their privates on toilet which was used by ppl who hv STD...

BUT patient often ask him to help with lying to save their marriage... den the patient will claim that they contacted it thru accidental rubbing their privates with toilet seats... the doc say he always dun rebut them when they tell it to their partner or he will agree that such possibility exist kekekeke

Agreed. STD is transmitted via unprotected sex or oral sex.

There are antibiotic available that can treat Gonorrhea.

Some countries like Thailand /India - you do not need a precription to buy these antibiotic.

There is also self test (which cannot be bought in Singapore) for test.
One of the most simple test is urine test strip - it just do not tell you what you have. It can test for infections and blood in urine.

As far as i know, DSC is one of the cheapest place in SG to get treated for STDs

Although i am a regular but money is not much as i'm still a junior staff.
During my visit at the DSC, i saw my gf's close friend working in there. Its down right unfortunate that this coincidence actually happened and because of this i cant bring my gf to dsc in order to protect my gf pride.
After asking the doctors if they have recommendations to treat gonorrhea at other place, they said that the fees are sky high that can range from 300 onwards and will be better to bring her to the DSC itself.

I plan to treat my gf asap hence asking for your fellow help.

It's best not to delay matters and get you and your gf tested/treated as soon as possible. As far as I know, gonorrhea is curable. Man up, take responsibility and tell her the truth. Anyone can simply google and find out that it is not just contracted by unhygienic habits

I have a friend who contracted this STD and he got himself all treated and cured. Gonorrhea is a curable STD, unlike other STDs out there. Do get cured soon and practice safe sex habits! And... From a girl's perspective, it is best that you come clean to her and tell her as it is. She might forgive you for your transgression, but if you don't bring her to get checked asap; Things might probably get out of hand and 一发不可收拾

Haiz... since u dun want your gf close friend to know your gf kanna also, then take her to gp and pay slightly more money. Anyway her friend is suppose to keep your condition/ identity a secret.

Anyway getting clean about your condition with your gf may not be a good thing. Weigh the pro and con before u tell her. Good luck.

Perhaps this could work:
Go to two clinics, get diagnosed and get two sets of antibiotics, or get two sets from the same clinic claiming that you lost the medication.
Trick her into taking one set of the antibiotics but say that it is a health supplement from your FaMa?
It is morally wrong and might get you into lokap though..

Else just come clean..

My opinion to TS is to be honest with her so that you would not be regretted later in your life.
