I dont need her to apply a house cos im applying myself next yr i just want her to come down and be with me. as for fake documents she did not do any of this. this i have already verify with her cos she too do not wants to get into trouble.

Her friend work the same time as her but came to singapore to get married 3 yrs later, when her husband try to extend her visit pass after marrying in singapore, she got jail for 2 mths.

There is few reason why she may have been jail.
1. fake passport or ident.
2. did not declare her change of name when filling up the form.
3. did not write down the address on the form which state for the last 5 yrs where she have stayed.
4. Restriction was not over and she came back to singapore
5. The worst case is that bcos they use to work in GL. They are not allow to marry a singaporean.
