Infact most part of the silk route runs through the desert, if not semi desert.

People live in the north(village) have no pipe water supply, so they cant install hot water heater. May be they dont even build a bath room for that matter. 8 out of 12 months the weather is cold so for those who can afford, go to the bath house once a week to bath. I was wondering why so many bath house when I 1st posted to the north.
