Well, it would very much depends on the nature and angle from which the shot is taken. I mean, if its those normal shots, even if one's GF is wearing sooooo damn revealing that her boobs are spilling out, ... I honestly do not think there's anything illegal about it. Perhaps any legal eagles here can shed light on this?

Afterall, loads of magazines are also taking pictures of everyday people (like you and me and our GFs, etc) ... people on the streets, .. on the beach ... clubbing scenes .. and the list goes on.

However, if upon confirmation that it's those that outrages the modesty of my GF, ... I'll restrain him (if he resists, then there'll be reason to use force. Take note not to damage the evidence hor!!), and call the cops. Be it a fine or a short stay in jail, ... a criminal record is definitely a better punishment than what my fists can deliver.

But what I do know is go about beating others up in the heat of the moment ain't the way things should be done. Esp. if you seriously damage his camera/cameraphone, ... you lose all the evidence, ... and NOW he can call the cops on you. NOW he can claim that you wrongly accuse him, .. sue you for assault, etc. If I'm the culprit, ... under such circumstance favorable to me, that's exactly what I'll do. Afterall, what proof do you have that I had outraged your GF's modesty? All I need to do is spin a story that I thought I had an incoming SMS, .. took my mobile out to check, .. and out from nowhere, .. comes this angry potato ... accusing me ... yelling ... bashing me ... etc. End of the day: HERO becomes a big, fat ZERO!

I believe that in most scenarios whereby the guys merely suspect some prevert of commiting such an act, ... they'll flare up immediately, and turn into some angry hulk. And anger usually leads one to commit acts they'll come to regret - eventually.

Well, IMHO, the best winner is the garment.
They charge you to court (you pay the court fee), fine you (you pay the summon), put you in jail (you do free cleaning for the jail and some products which they give you small amount but sell at market price).
At the end of the day, most $$$ goes into the garment account.

Well honestly speaking viewing such photos and actively taking them are 2 seperate issues. First reaction is to ask him what does he think he is doing? If it was because my gal is so attractive okay lor but will tell him only polite to ask first. If it was other monkey reasons then its the police station for invasion of privacy!

Hi,Nismo.Most pictures inside a hp built in camera is save on flash memory,even if the hp is broken or out of battery,pictures can still be retrieved from that hp upon repairs or recharging.Just like most mp3 player,when broken,songs can still be retrieved.If save on memory cards,lucky better,cos damage hp,the chances that memory card will be damage is very very slim.

If my wife pictures is taken without permission,and if i knew about it at that moment of time,i will snatch the hp from that guy.If that guy use force,then i have to fight back as self defence.If the guy guai guai give me snatch his hp,then i only file police report with the evidence on hand but won't press charges against him.(will leave a rsmall ecord in their system for 10 years)Police usually bo chap this type of cases unless you choose to sue him,meaning using your own resources,example..employ your own lawyers,which in the end even if you win the case ,will end up only leaving a black mark on his criminal records plus at most a few weeks behind bars.

In this,who wins? I'll say the lawyer wins.Because he is the only one who profits from all the hassle.And the police will be cursing me for giving them work to do over what they think is only small matters.
