I think unless I've mistaken wrongly, you want to get a gf without putting in any effort, you're neither fun nor rich to a certain extent. And you have experienced numerous failed attempts at landing a gf.

I think the main problem here is your mental state. Sure all the money, time, effort you're willing to spend on someone does matter. But what also matters is the, for lack of a better word, vibe that you give off. If you keep up the mentality of such values, it'll affect you via your subconscious. If you take girls out on dates, they'll be able to notice hesitance on your part if you, constantly in the back of your head, remind yourself you're not rich. The effort and time would have an effect too.

Best thing you should do, in my opinion, is to just stop looking for one and build your foundating skills. (Have more passion in stuff, be more responsive, empathy, blah blah blah..)
And as for the part to her saying yes without much consideration..I think after a few gfs you would realise all the right things to do that would improve your chances.
