hey boinking, what are their rates btw. I've never tried working out at a gym and i'd like to try. I need to build up strength for aerial silk. can't last a min on the ropes. >< |

Sometimes I just go in and bath and just charge my hand phone plus read before heading down to the other appt Can tiao ka in shorts and tee and lepak there plus free flow drinks. One raffles place has a pool.. can go there play water abit and sun tan when u want to eat snake.

More on trimming down overall body fats, tone up.
Three times a week (at home normally 8pm onwards) - dumbbell press - dumbbell pull, not sure about the term ... erh like laying on the bench and lift the dumbbell over head and pull back - Abs training - Kettlebell ball, my favourite, 4 rounds of different workout x 10sets - run 5 to 6 km - drink two cans of beer and sleep Weekend (Sunday) - 10km run in the morning Tanning every week to look leaner

Been doing bench press & other upper body exercises.... Quite hard for me considering my size.... & my friends suggested that I should not use moderate weights as it doesnt really help me....
