Agree with Bro Ord's observation.. this just seems like an alternative method of administering contraceptives - something like the new contraceptive patch which they stick to the lower back.. it releases the chemicals via the pores in the skin but probably provides absolutely zero protection against diseases..

at least, i wouldn't bet on it in preventing the exchange of fluids, which is the main cause of transmission.

yeah, better play safe and stick to the gd ol' rubber !
