S$38 is definitely not value for money! 1st this type of hc some got shower some no have. Even those have also must share share. 2nd no food and drinks. Even got drinks also water only. 3rd room is so compact like sleeping in our store room, no room to move about. 4th no sound and moaning allows, outside can hear. 5th no steam and sauna. 6th girls are not pretty and can't massage only good in asking for special. 7th lights cannot be dim and aircon cannot adjust. 8th ????
