You see, that group of friends I brought K to were all single when we met until a few of them started pairing up and gotten married. And through the years, I've known most of them, I had this freaking huge crush on L but at that time I wasn't ready for any relationships so didn't make any move. In the end L ended with one of the guys and got married but my crush was still there through the years. I didn't tell a single person nor did I pen out my thoughts anywhere. So how the hell did K find out?
Thing here is I'm not married to K but she still figured this out. Now imagine she's your wife for you married guys. Freaking scary to think of what women are capable of.

I guess your body language, eye contact or some form of actions during the meetup aroused K's to speculate that you might be interested in L. Anyway...it could be just K's 101 way to test a guy. You and L happened to be the sample specimen. :-)
