Totally abstain from sex is impossible.
I used to do lots of commercials (pun intended) but found the following effective.

1. Exercise regularly, with exercise you can reduce your urge.
2. Find a good girl and get attached.
3. Keep yourself busy such as spending more time with your family or channel your energy into your work.
4. Mix with those homely friends and do some wholesome outing like to the parks or going cycling.
5. Think of the future, you will need some savings rather than spending them on the commercials.

hmm...... it would be tough if you are quitting juz to redirect the moolaa at for other use, usually you will spend as long as you can afford it.

But if it were for other reasons then perhaps you would not have needed to ask.. hahaha

Well, I guess the process is protracted and it will take a while to wean yourself from the "world" but it is possible.

I started as a blur newbie, started with KTV, TN then petain and GL joints then back to KTV then move on to FLs...but along the way, cut cut cut from cheong everyday to everyother day to once a week to now, when I have time...so perhaps one day, I will close the chapter.

Since we are all here to share, I share my side loh... few things led to this:

1. Exhausted most of my fantasies liao.. big @@, SYT, CIM, COF, tall leggy chicks, various province, nationality (now only left korean, jap and AJ as possible need to satisfy)

2. Damn tiring after the KC incident with my ZH chick... heartwrenching and now I look back and laugh at myself for wanting to give up the world for her when she wasn't even ready to commit for certain.

3. Lesser hunting grounds left.. sian as part of the excitement is to hunt and conquer... somehow, waiting in the room and waiting for a FL that you more or less expect does not excite as much.

Now... status is sometimes I still get the urge so mostly, I go walk around Petain and TNs to see if anyone really catches my eye.. so far (Nope)

When my mood is really shitty and I feel like letting it out then I will ask for ctc loh, sms ONE person only and if no reply or time cannot match then forget about it.. How's that for denial.. hahaha

Most recently, I ask Haonan for KX ctc and well, next day she quitted for good liao so I was asking myself, Is this a sign that I should not...

So.. so far... so good, at least now, I limit my exposure to KC and dun spread my time so thin. Afterall, need to earn more money to invest. (I have shallow pockets)

It is really in you to decide, i still log on to read the FRs and thank god I still have urges after that but how I deal with them is another matter.. Too bad I had never enjoyed PCC-ing myself...so option is to exercise or work loh..OR I go to those TN with decent massage and enjoy seeing the girls tempt me while I pretend to be newbie... l am like thinking of quitting for good, and thinking of putting the $ for other things like gadgets or for makan.

It is all in your mind. When you want to quit someday, you will. Like smoking, I quit one day, just becos I want to. However, during meetings with clients, if they smoke, I still got to smoke with them. Business.

When you got a more steady GF, and focus on life, you will tend to quit this cheonging. But still once a while. hehehehe

Find something to do instead. Always PCC when you have the urge to go find FL coz after you PCC your urge no more. You think properly then.

Find a Religion like Christianity or Muslim. They forbid this.

Find a GF or wife. Put a photo in your wallet. See it when you wants to.

Not easy to quit but possible. Used to chiong KS/Banana leg when young and no gf. However, when I have gf, I give her all my sperm and semen. Did not chiong anymore (5-6yrs). When married and sex life suffered, chiong again. Till now 20 over years on, still chionging.

In addition, try to avoid looking at porn, pics of sexy girls etc. If you abstained for some time and you start to look at these, guaranteed, you will gian again. This is esp for bros who have tried commercial sex. You will rationalise and tell yourself for S$150 you can get what you see in the pics and I tell you once you see the pics, you sure want Right bros?

Usually I will use the money saved & spend it on food, gadgets or stuffs for families & close friends, this way I will be able to cut down on spending on commercial sex.
As for totally quitting, it may take some time or maybe after I got married.
