Which is why I said he may go jail. If you cannot pay the fines/damages etc arising from her ugly divorce, you must declare bankrupt and in default go jail. Inmates ask what offence you come in for. You say you fuck married woman but cannot pay. Same ending.

Even if the hubby were to sue the guy as a co-defendent (which is almost unheard of in Singapore ), and u have no moeny to pay up, u will only be declared a bankrupt. After a few years, u will be discharged.

You cant go to jail for all these ( adultery ) but if u are a married man, u can indeed go to jail if u failed to pay ailmony to your ex-wife etc. That is why our law so-called "protects" fuckers and not faithful hubbies.
