bro,tis thing is real,i dunno if they fish out of sammyboy but its definately thru internet posting, its cfm tat a few got caught, they will call the ger,book appt at geylang hotel ,ger arrive ,they ask for name and if they provide the service...they say yes then the female office will appear out from the toilet....they oso have a list of FL,wif names,charges and contact....so pls warn ur "gerfrens" abt this...

This has been posted and replied by resident samster legal counsels before.

To summaries:
1. It is not illegal to be anyone with a chicken, except that she has certain undesirable traits, eg underage, overstayer, known drug offencer.

2. With Av, dont be a hero.
The WL will certainly ask you to say bf and gf, but how much you know about the lady, how do you know she is not the target and AV has been taking pictures of her in and out of certain hotel with different bf.
What the WL asked is to protected her own ass, without consideration of the customers, as for AV if you want to be smartass, they can detain and call the spouse or relatives for bail, and request your assistance for investigation from day to day. So how you going to explain to spouse or not working to your boss?

The WLs can be anyone picked from the street, or from net, or someone being 'baoed' by another.

dear brothers,

after reading through all the posts, i would like to feed my 5 cents worth too.

As a cheongster, myself, this is what i did, and would advise all to follow (if you want).

I believe that things will be better after march, as this is an important month for them...

For the cheongsters:

1. have control of your urge for the time being, at least until apr. If you die die wan to heh heh, you can either go the legal houses or only go for your regular gal.

For cheongsters who have regular "gf":

1. advise them to only take regular customers
2. be discreet about their sms and phone calls (dont type things like sex, price,...etc)
3. same thing here, control their urge (for them is $ urge)

For cheongsters who are caught: (at least this is what i believe)

1. die die dont admit! Haha,...If after all these layers of defence, and you still kanna caught, you have to deny everything!

Last but not least, let's look forward to end of march, where there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

If i am not wrong, it's not illegal for a local woman to sell her body for money, as long as she does it discreetly, and not to solicite in public, but an okt who deals with FLs is against the law be it the FL to be a local, a PRC or what any other countries, reason being that it is a crime for a person making a living off a woman who sells her body for a money

As long as the FL is not underage or a overstayer, and you give the AV full co-operation by just admit straight that you pay the FL for sex, i think under the norm you will be let off with a warning, if you try to help the FL by lying den the AV will get you back to the police station fro asistance and only allow bail by your spouse to shame you .......

Ya, for my knowledge, most of time arrangement of posting as potential cust is made against those "ji tuan" (okts) with a stable of girls under them, but against streetwalkers, mostly what they do is to conduct raids at the hotels of the various red-light district and those Pubs or Ktvs with WLs reputation

im not sure if the law is the same here in SG but do known in other parts when FL and drug dealers smell a trap they can ask if they are police or not.

if the police answer "No" then its knows and entrapment and technically they arent aloud to do anything.

but in this day and age people bend the rules with so many things. and i dont even know if using the entrapment plan is even valid here in SG. just a thought and idea that could help FL girls.
