obviously you will have to seduce him abit before he would make a move to counter your action. Guys maybe not so daring at times as they are afraid to make the first move.
try these:
1) talk about sex life whether if he is attached
2) your drive for sex to make him more horny
3) share your interest to ease the situation
4) go drinking with him, after a few boost of alcohol, everything will be much easier as guts grow bigger.

Hi TS, i have similar situation as you , just that u and i are different gender. Know her for 3 years as good friend(no flirting, 2 years my senior). Guess it takes two hands to clap, two willing parties. If you are not willing , also cannot force you right?

Haha one of the best suggestions by far. Different approach but nevertheless it could be a successful one!

Make an effort to be ALONE together?

1) Go on a Freaking Holiday for 2? Batam Bintan Cruise or Road Trip?
2) Have a simple food/wine/movies at your place/or Book a nice swanky hotel so that you can seduce him while in the bathtub??
