Actually, the couple moved out because the hubby lost his job and they could not afford to con't to stay in the condo.

Share another experience... but this one not so dangerous. Few years back, I also bought a place of my own but decided to rent one room out to defray expenses.

I rented to a couple. The girl from China is studying in the uni here. Well, as you will have guessed, whenever I am alone in the house, I will just go into their room, open the drawers, and take out her g strings to "play". It's so bloody exciting... I should open a hostel.

rented out a HDB at yishun near the industry area to malaysian gals" gong chang mei". Month end went to collect rent, usually transfer over to my bank acc but this mth nv. Knock on door no ppl ans, got scare hurrily unlock gate and door rush in "scali all my furniture ganna stolen". Eh ... all stuff intact.
Wanna open one of the rooms check... heard : " dear lick wo de mei mei" !!!
wah ... later on it get more and more happening. i tht ho say liao, shit suddenly another tenant came back. i paiseh, my face was so heat up. quicky took the $$$ then left.
but i think she know cos my huge tent below and i cant talk properly.
Heehee... month end coming again !!!

bro, you can join NUS or NTU as Hall Officer working in the hall office. you will have the master keys to all the rooms
