it seems because of shaving. because I often get it after I shave. and usually if you are sensitive, red spots will appear because the skin is irritated

Yes, It’s already start to disappear.

So far for my this journey, C&G test Negative. No symptoms or anything.

Hello OP, I can offer you abit of advice since I have quite a bit of medical knowledge and some sort of a ocd cheongster in the past.

Like the Dr say, he is quite correct, for you to get anything in 10 seconds of BBBJ, you have to pretty unlucky, but doesn't mean unlikely.

You have to understand these std organisms need to an access into your body, and access is through your penis opening - the urethra. Unless you have some sores or injury surrounding your penis then it will enter from there.

So you see, the shorter the duration of bbbj, the increased unlikeliness for whatever that is in their mouth (could be saliva or blood) to enter your urethra.

I give you an extreme example of risk of getting HIV from bbbj.
If you damn suay, somehow cabo got hiv and somehow you have a cut on your kkj, and somehow she not on any hiv meds and her viral load is over the roof, and some how you not on taking any Prep, and somehow that day she brushed her teeth to hard and bleed a little, and somehow she bbbj you and the blood from her mouth manage to enter your kkj and into those microscopic tears of your kkj.

So alot of factors come into play. Certain viruses/bacteria are more easily to transmit.

Like herpes is quite easily to get, if saliva manage to enter you kkj opening then you probably might have it.
Or syphyllis, abit harder to get,because the cabo must have wound in her mouth called a chancre, that wound need to rubba rubba on your kkj and the if there is wound (from your men shave) only it will infect you, or if it manage to enter your kkj opening.

But hor, play safe, my advice is to wear rubber when you're with OC. At least 6 weeks, then do a check again. Cause new infections they usually enter a prodromal stage, meaning std go sleeping before they come out and chiong and attack. That is called the window period, you test during window period usually is negative.

Wait like 6 weeks to 2 months. Then do a retest.

Okay for your photo, that is nothing to worry about. Std symptoms may look like this, but is usually accompanied by other symptoms - fever is one of the main symptoms, body aches, etc. Just having a bump is nth to worry about.

hey bro.. understand wht u are feeling.. long time ago I had sex with ml in kl. and the condom slipped without us knowing. I was young that time and was extremely scare and paranoid. then I went to dsc to do a check and luckily all is good. and from then on I told myself not to engage in sex with ml.

however recently I went to jb spa and was engaged in bbbj.. 1 wk later I feel like the head on my penis is a little itchy and seems like I have a small blister at the tip. I had the same condition long time ago and it recovers after a few days. but comign to a month my penis head is still feeling a little itchy sometime, although the blister is no longer that. damn scare right now and not sure if I need to do a urine test or hiv or std test.

Hi Bro, The doctor that I visited for this recent incident of mine, mentioned that Blister / Sore / Rash at Genital area is a big red flag. Definitely to consult doctor and test. I’m no expert, as currently I’m still monitoring myself for symptoms due to recent encounter. Maybe other bro’s with experience or medical background can answer you here. Do keep us updated on your results, so that someone else in the future might be able to view this if they happen to encounter any similar issue and hopefully to help them.

If just a pimple on tip of penis, Suggest you to do C&G urine test. If a cluster of pimple or blister, might be HSV1/2. You can google for Syphilis Primary Symptoms Image as well and see if anything look like that, Than you can decide which test to go for… C&G usually come with discharge on penis after few days (Below 15 days).

You can do urinalysis test to see if any UTI as well for your itch. If there is bacteria, red blood and white blood cell in your urine will be a red flag or cloudy urine. Than doctor highly chance will test you for other STD related if you explained your incident to your doctor. Urinalysis quite cheap, usually below $15 SGD. However there might be doctor consultation fee involved.

Hi Senior Bros / Anyone with Experience or Medical Background,

Previously I was told to monitor my palm and sole (Feet) for red dots etc, as doctor mentioned it’s too early for me to conduct Syphilis Test due to recent incident. Incident happens on 4 April 2024. I never really carefully examined my palm or feet before. However recently after the doctor mentioned this, I actually took a close look for a few days and unsure if this is rash or sore or it’s normal… Any one can advise? Before I visit the doctor again?

I did not have any chancre on my penis and not that I know off anywhere else.


Left palm, Below index finger seem to be a little red, Not sure if it’s rash or sore. The red area is flat and non itchy (Almost a week). As well as recently i notice my palm have small little red dot that is flat (Almost a week, Started monitoring after doctor told me to look out for), not sure if it’s anything special as i did not have a close look at my palm before or specially go and monitor my palm / feet.
Sole of feet and right Palm is normal, Just that right palm have small red dot that is flat as well, same as the left palm.

Any clinic that offer Sexual Treatment. If not STD Clinic also can. There is quite a lot of STD Clinic around.

Previously when I asked, Doctor doesn’t recommend to do blood test. Doctor told me to come during outbreak if there is, for swab test.

Thanks bro. I've already booked an appt with dsc. that being said. my itch is getting less. nevertheless will still go for a check to be safe.
