I don't take any kind of supplements. I don't like going gym as there are a lot of ego-tyrannosauruses in the gym.

But I did at least 100 push-ups a day back then and cooked my own healthy meals rather than eat expensive junk.

Clubbing often also means you dance about 10 hours a week at least.

Plus i'd play other sports like soccer, rugby, beach volleyball for fun so yeah, it made me look like one of those guys from Jersey Shore.
