Different entity.... Any ATM card from SG which has Plus or Cirrus, u can withdraw in most ATMs in Cambodia but u have to bear the transaction cost and conversation rates.

It is my humsup duty to inform all humsup bros that in April 2018 I will be embarking a 2-4 week super humsup trip to Cambodia, Vietnam and China.

I was told April is Cambodia New year. Everything comes to standstill for about 2 weeks.

if u value ur life, dont ride moto on inter province highway, becoz many khmer ppl hv no choice then they ride moto on the highways, most khmer i know take taxi and if really hv to take moto with them they tie it on the back of taxi, just hv to give some more money

In Cambodia when a luxury car knocks onto moto, the driver will get out n whack the rider then leaves.

If normal car knocks onto moto, driver will assume nothing happens n drive away. It is the same, when moto knocks on car, the rider will speed away.

Sometimes, I see rider reading or sending text msg while riding... these riders die or send to hospital also dunno who knocks him.

5 out of 10 angmohs that i know that use to stay in SHV now are moving to vung tau, these retirees are like a herd of sheeps, once hear somewhere is good and cheap a lot will follow, lucky for humsup asian ppl, going there now will only makes them look better with the younger look and stacks of 500,000 compared to the old and cheap charlie there

vung tau is lots of fun, 7,8 years ago there were only 3 big discos there, FL were 200 to 300k a night, big bbq prawns were 30k a plate, lots of peddler everywhere if it is your thing
