I have just compared the price of a Sony Ericsson P910i as I have just bought one in Singapore, and can confirm that the price in China is more expensive especially with the higher RMB exchange rate.

It is better to buy it in Singapore.

Hahaha... Thank you for the consolation. I feel better now. However, Old ginger will also rot faster. That is probably my case.

I will be stuck in Singapore for sometimes, but really cannot wait to go back to Shanghai. Not for the meimei, but to meet people like you, shengge, shanghaitan, WhamBam, junior_Cannibal, etc.

Of cos remember u... I hav yet to try Tea house as in the mei mei there. Used to be in Xiamen very often but now it has been a yr n a half since I was in there. Dunno wat happen to Xiamen liao. But I do get update from my PRC friends there esp my apartment. Lucky the building is still standing strong. They did not use lousy material to build it.

60 still can queue lah but dunno when is your turn.... Nowsdays due to job requirement, travels around this region. Almost every mths in Bangkok. Want to join me there?? I'm planning a trip up Xiamen but no concrete yet. Once confirm will announce to the whole SB.

60 can queue, but when my turn comes, I will be immobilisd by cob web already. Now you all know why I announced my retirement to the scene. Oh yes!

Will try to make it to Xiamen with you. Bangkok is still not my turf as my job requires me to go to Euroland and China only. If I suddently go Bangkok, the red flag would be up and my family would wonder why I am there. Hahaha..

Last two trips in Shanghai were failure, with bonking rate of only 40% relative to the time of stay. Should have called you to arrange for the one who always asked the above questions.

IBM is still IBM not lenovo yet, as you know this sort of thing that time. I have used my IBM for almost 3 yrs, having not much problem. Once again I don work for IBM.
I just happened to know a shop, the phone is cheaper RMB300-400 when I bought a new phone. Don't worry, I also have a "colourless" phone, may be that is why, no girl around with me.....haha
But I think some of the model, Sgp price could be cheaper.

Agreed with u totally mobile phones are pretty ex in China....as compared to SGP. SGP is alot cheaper but in comparison to HKG, mobiles phones in HKG is still cheapest in comparison among 3 countries....

Bought mine in HKG after comparison among 3 countries bro....
