By second session it's based on her 1 cycle (3 session) where it's the second time. The previous session was from my previous round.

It's up to you if you wanna try it out or not, to each their own. You don't need to go for all 3 rounds to feel the difference.

I'm just sharing based on my experience and effectiveness from it. Kind of semi retired due to personal circumstances - just going for jg.

Both are effective and in my rotation list with similar price points.
