KNN when you hear people go Makro to buy in bulk that means very old bird liao.

This is where the Thais running roadside stalls and small businesses go and purchase their inventories.

yes, i realise that. Their trolley cart is for the cartons! i went to purchase and went to a children home recently and realise that.

20k for 2 bedroom for a decent condo unit a bit hard base on my research.
1 bedroom will have alot of choices. If you find a decent unit, do post here. Going for hunting unit soon around 10th.

Looking at Baan Pathumwan. 2 beds, 19-20k. 1 bed with more than 40m square should also be ok with walking distance to bts.

Save every penny mah..... I always buy in bulk since gonna use them soon or later. Beer is always very soon.

There is different between an "apartment" and "condo".... 20k is a lot to rent a 2 rooms apartment while limited for 2 rooms condo.

any experience bro can tell me thaland gold can buy? I do know the difference as in thai gold is 23k and singapore 916 is 22k.

The actual question should be, if i pawn in singapore, worth money anot?

Cause it seem thai gold is slightly cheaper than spore.

Any advice would be good.
