Everyone should know that GFE is just a pseudo girl friend feeling rendered by a WL. Be it listed or not, all WLs will provide this GFE to make the session enjoyable. All should remember this GFE is just part of the services.

As for shower together, topless all these, if they are not advertised then you do not need to mention in your MR. Just as simple as that.
