As for me, i'll share some details.
i am 1.87m, 86kg.
I hit the gym, ideally 5 times a week, Mon-Fri, before i start work.
Took months of work, till i hit a point where i lost my dad bod and got a lil jacked. Started to take some photos and posted on the dating sites.
Please do note that i have been always a lil athletic, but a dad bod appeared when u have a family.

I'll like to emphasise that i am blessed in some genetic aspects like height, looks and dick size. But thats it.
Everything else i'd need to work on it. Can't blame me for what i have, but i will work on the things i can work on.
This is just the first part of secret.

The 2nd part is your personality, your charm and most importantly how u perform on bed. Somethings I do to help the wife.

Every morning, she must drink chicken essence, if not, she know I will be unhappy.
2-3 days per week, I take charge of dinner, she only need to eat.
Will also do dishes.
Wash my own socks, things like that are a bit troublesome but not difficult, so can help, I help.
The kids things I spent quite a bit of time to make her understand, don't helicopter them, give kids a bit freedom.
Kids part have to slowly let her see your pov.

Just need to let her see you put in effort for her and family, her feel will also be happy.
