If the balance post is not showing , that means that particular post had already exceeded 48 hrs time limit. You also can't up people in the soccer and newbie section.

If you can't see it in a post, it means that the post is more than 48 hours old or it is in a section where the rep system is not operating.

thks boss! I think I know what is the prob. somehow or rather google chrome browser do not display the scale. firefox and IE do not have this issue

I'm using google chrome and I can see the scale.
