in yr case u hv 81 reputation points & power of 10 as of now which means u can up another bro's points by 10 ...if u yrself reach 3000 reputation points u will be given 1 extra power...every 3000 pts gives u an additional 1 POWER ...Hope tat helps explains...if u hv any problems to return favour, plzz post here to let us seniors know & we can help show u the way...
