Commando represent daring and hiong so I think bro Wu SOng is saying these Cs can do anything... bbbj, anal, raw, etc.

Guards are more kiasi and safety first so these Gs must use helmets, no rear guard action, I heard some even dun allow dfk and bathe alone.
