I did check with Nicole about the negative comments in the forum about her.

She told me that she was away for a period of time, her friend took over but provided very inferior service, which has damaged her reputation very badly and lost some customers.

She asked me to write FR if I found her service satisfactory, no favor or money incentive involved so that her old and new customers will come back to her.

Anyway, I have no way to verify her explanation
