After sitting with the girl for awhile and I not comfortable, can I request to change without paying?
Can we order soft drinks or tea instead of liquor? cos I can't drink.
Do they supply eggs in KTV? cos my friend got a habit to drink liquor with egg.
If I am looking for a sichuan girl(My shifu told me thats the best).... are we suppose to ask the girl one by one where they are from during the parade?
If bring the girl back to hotel, must I prepare my own "cap" or she got standby.

Please enlighten me this newbie of KTV and shanghai...

Ok fine, hv been a good boy lately, nv "cheong" since the last time at Ming Shi with you guys. So yet to know any effect on the one peg Brandy+ 2 raw eggs. Too bad last sat. the kopi session cancelled, but I managed to lim kopi with bro SGP69. Most likely early March I shld make another trip to shanghai. This trip feel like trying a sichuan girl(The last time I tried was 2 years ago in spore). If "good", I may plan a short holiday to sichuan during sept this year.

Do give me a call if you want go for a drink when you are in spore, kopi, tea or liquor also can.

Based on what you have said/asked, I suggest you bring some1 experience with you to the KTV. Why must ask one by one? Why not ask them altogether? (Don know or Blur?) You can ask those from Sichuan to move a step up for you to choose during the parade. However, if they do not know your intension they may be hesitating to do so....cos they unsure whether you ask them to stay or leave. On the other hand they know you want Sichuan gal, may be most of them are Sichuan gals. Get it?
At the end of the day, you will still feel that you got the wronged one.........cos there is right one. To me, it is all about the atmosphere that matter in KTV, only then it will be more fun to go, bro Maverick is the right person to invite, so as Bro SPG69, Whamtham....

If you are really looking for a lady to go back to the hotel, I would suggest you get some veteran here to recommend a mamasan to get one for you directly. Afterall, you can see, most of the bros here do not really fond of KTV very much.

There are many 24 hours convenience store in Shanghai that you can get the cap easily.

What I do is this, if I am interested in a lady when they parade in the room, I would ask the Mamasan where she is from, instead of asking them one by one. What Bro Shengge said is true, they may suddently all become Sichuan Girl.

If you are only in for a Sichuan Girl, then you may be disappointed as she might not be the right one. So, pick the one you like and then ask where she is from. It is a longer process, but it may well worth it.

As I said, Sichuan girls never fail to impress me. The last one you saw was good in action, and very pro-active. Somemore, she demonstrated good feeling, keep comforting this old man.
