Sori all bros for the late reply as i was in cambodia for a few days.

Money changer is located in bangkok n not in sg.

This money changer so far gives the best rate in bkk n sg.

His name is Khun Vichian.... 02-2384605 ..think he might understand teowchew....mandarin or english maybe...i'm not too sure....usually I speak to him in phasa thai.
Call him to get the lastest rate....they does delivery to ur door step too.
Very reliable......I usually change around 50,000 baht to 200,000 baht with him be it baht,yuan or sing dollar.
He will send his messenger to deliver to where u are in bkk.

Bro no surcharge at all. U just pay for the exact rate he quoted u on the phone for that day.....btw if u change big amt sometimes can bargain for a better rate.........but not too far from his quote lah cos his is already very competitive liao.
