Re: Chinese RMB rates..

You bringing in more than ¥100,000 to buy property arh? Enter China from Hong Kong or Macau. Usually they don't scan your luggage at the land borders. Get the drift? Macau Airport the best. Even if Macau Customs stop you for questioning. Just say you come gamble mah. Hahaha. So Macau Airport safest then enter into Zhuhai by land! For very large amounts just TT to your own China Bank account. You'll get better rates. |

Re: Chinese RMB rates..
100K can buy property meh...
think will go through the tt avenue... i've been using the hk-huanggang route.. but checks are quite thorough from my last encounter, maybe due to Asian games... rather not take the risk... anyway, thanks to all the bros' comments... it's enlightening to know the 20K limit.... just wondering the rationale... enough meh it's like singaporeans are only entitled to bring back goods of value SGD300.00 tax free. Anything above is subject to GST... |
