Bro, I can relate to your points. At this age, being at a performing fitness level is the priority rather than being muscularly lean. Just like your client, I'm trying to work on my core, sadly I don't have what he has, a trainer like u. I'm working to bomb my drives too.

Omg a couple of days away and so much to catch up! I got the passion for fitness, but not until I want to be pt, not into sales also. Singapore so small and hectic, not many people actually care about their bodies. All want to earn money and enjoy life. What they don't know is that working out is as satisfying as sex.

Work on increasing the flexibility around your hip region, mainly your hip flexors; as well as increasing mobility around the thoracic region. Do a search on Google and you should be able to find some stuff.

It allows you to have more rotation, which in turn improves your drive. Power and strength isn't everything. Particularly so for a person your age. Joint health is more important.

There is nothing wrong looking like a PRC. Except that when there's a need to take out your PINK IC people will give you that kind of weird looks.
Not to mention the countless times I'm being mocked during those nightlife days by guys who thought I'm a PRC, can't understand or speak English and purposely make fun of me until I open my mouth and reply in English. The terrible experience of being called an ugly PRC while shopping at Takashimaya by some ATAS Singaporeans when they cut queue at the cashier and also the unforgettable times when I go geylang for good food and guys start coming over and ask "how much".

I do have PRC friends who carries themselves well and also with great personality too. But look at the fact, majority (including my gross Neighbour who hangs her blood-stained pink lacy panties at the corridor) are rude, money grabbers, unkempt and inconsiderate. Enough said.
