Even prepaid line also can check since need to register also.

A while back there was this ML who got harassed and I happened to be with her when she was on the phone with her friend working for one of the telcos. The dude who harassed her got a foreign worker to register the line on his behalf; so the ML only got the details of the foreign worker.
