It's all in a day's work for me. I keep a personal spreadsheet on all my expenses, a habit I developed since young.. Some $$$ is spent and gone there and then.. Sometimes you received some unexpected dividens. Really depends how you play the game.. I have some dated way back to 2002 and still in touch from time to time.. Yes they are back there. I get my dividens whenever they come or when I am mobilize them in PRC. What's my cost? Maintainence - (from SG) call once a while. (In PRC) the spent the entire time treating me like a king... and usually not expecting any return. To me, that's additional return.

They are not my wives so I dont give a shit who they sleep with back there? I am happy when I call up, they'll make time to see their 'friend' Some are not bothered if I tapau in PRC while others voice their unhappiness.. I just adjust my timing to get the most out of my happy time there.

Everyone here has a different technique to achieve what they are looking for. I am just sharing mine. I am selfish becos I befriend them to get what I want, but isnt that exactly what the ang mos are doing to our locals... the cycle goes on..

I dont get pissed when I missed a few.. I win some, I lose some.. That's the name of the game... As long as I feel I still have the upper hand and energy to do it.. I'll continue. Every action we take affects the intended party in a certain manner. Good or bad depends on how that person takes to it. I didnt follow your threads that closely so I dont know what you went through but I am happy you found a way to overcome your grief. I try my best not to get myself into any compromising position (no offense to you bro). I am married so my field of play is much narrower and all my cards are on the table on the very 1st day. I never paint a rosy picture and behave differently once I got the target.

As to whether you are considered a carrot head, I dont think so. I dont think we are doing anything away from the norm. When I was young and in love, I used to buy things for my gf. Then I was going after my current wife, bought her a few gifts during our short courtship. Over the years of marriage I have bought her numerous designer bags, rings brought her for holidays around the world. She did buy me gifts every christmas and on my birthdays(with the $$$ I gave her) Am I a big carrot head?

Last few years I have bought some gifts for a selected few PRC meimeis... They treated me no differently from my wife especially when in PRC land. Sometimes even more accommodating and willing on the bjs and kinky stuff.. Am I a carrot to give her a little bag for appreciation. She can be doing the same to another man but then again I have no right to control her. As long as I am satisfied when I need her I am not really bothered.. She's not my wife and will NEVER be. If someone pays her to stay at home so much the better cos I wont feel pressured to provide for her.

I was smitten before.. and over time I have learned not to impress the girls with gifts. They work at KTVs frequented by people who are a lot richer than you and me. I need to stinge to buy her an LV and that pot bellied man or ah sia kia can buy her one every day. I have my bad misses too and I have also learnt to bite the bullet and cut my losses. Instead of sulking and putting the blame on the girl, I rate that under misadventures and wrong investments.

sharing my own definition on what is term "carrot head"

to me, as long as you are happy and feel contented with the money spent on a lady or a group of ladies, you have achieved what you have in mind that day. That day, your feeling is good and you feel good because of the quality time you had from the company these ladies. Therefore this to me is not "carrot head" as his objective had been achieved and the good feeling he had.

However, if you date a girl out for the first time or subsequent time and she brought her kakis along and you spend a big $ for the dinner and drinks. After that, leave you along and tries to evade your calls, than I say that particular day, you have been made a "carrot head"

Precisely my point, agree there is no free lunch in tis world and definitely u must spend for ur enjoyment...BUT the main thing is how much is consider justifyable?
