should be no i guess. anything happen the blame will be on the ML itself as in charges taking other people privacy without permission, why would any ML take risk. even if there is mostly is just outside privacy area.

while your question is asked in earnest, the reality is like what baotohk said.. I once found out a ML that I really liked from shakyywayy (you guys will know who) came back to our shores.
