She will be arrested pending investigation. Till investigation concluded and all culprits sentenced. Your gal may be jailed and/or fine. After jail term finished she will be deported and banned for at least 5 years from entering Singapore.

Is there chance of getting white card, if someone bail her out? I heard it's different, just few days in locked cell... Fine up to 5k?

under the current spore law the minimum jail term for harbouring an overstayer is 6 months jail regardless of the number of overstayers you harbour,
just harbour one is enough to send you to jail
and the law states it is mandatory jail term , not a fine
