As for royalblood, Maybe I am born with 6feet 1inch height since secondary 3, so that maybe makes me take height for granted... Thanks for the pardoned .. Royalblood send me some training regime leh...

I plan on daily routine of 600situps with 150 push up, plank/side plank of 3mins per day divided by morning/afternoon/dinner...

Monday/Wednesday/Friday go gym for some bi/tricep training, Tuesday/Thursday swim 20laps..

As for food, I am thinking whether maple syrup dieting or boiled chicken Breast meat better.. I am 26% fat ATM I wish to tone down to 7-9%.. Ohh I bought 2 big tub of whey protein from gnc last week (strawberry flavor and chocolate de) taste better with milk than water

It's ok to hijack my thread but upon reading this I'm sorry I yawned.
And where's the a lot of body builders? I only know of royalblood, me and Giz who are hitting the gym over here.

If there's really a lot, I'll probably be drooling everyday while reading my thread since, well, my eyes are usually glued to see nice fit bodies. (Even thou my brain is usually thinking about the mindfuckers!)

for your diet, the only fluids you should consume is water, green tea (brewed w/o milk or sugar) and protein shake. for your workout, it's useless to do too many sit ups. just do like a few sets to failure. push up is beneficial as it hits multiple muscle groups. planks work the core, which is very impt, so do that daily is good. for your gym workout, don't just do biceps and triceps. do the other muscle groups: legs, backs, shoulders, chest and arms needs to be worked equally. swimming is good low intensity cardio. you could incorporate some high intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn fat faster. if you need a HIIT program, download insanity from http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/50531...anity_Complete you could actually complete the insanity program once (3 months if i recall correctly) and see your results. then see if you wanna do it again, or use pick another program, or follow a workout routine. i recommend you to do insanity first to lose those initial fat while gaining some muscles doing bodyweight exercises while doing HIIT cardio. i've introduced it to Reoxy shifu but he went MIA already

heh i know AC and CBF isn't a fan of fitness posts that's why nowadays i never post much. trying to resist.. well fitness stuff i'll try to make it smaller font if i remember.

I don't deny I am a fitness geek! Think people will find me crazy but I love love love the feeling after a good yoga class, the whole body soaking in sweat after a BodyCombat class, the dancing high during a BodyJam class and erm *blush* the number of super perky butts to ogle at during a Pump class!

well Reoxy is the only one i chatted with in sbf chatroom. i don't have everything at home la. just a mat, pull up bar, about 60-70kg of weight plates, a barbell, some dumbbell bars, an ez curl bar and a bench. gonna get a few more weight plates by the end of this year.

Wah that's more than enough for me in my opinion.
But I am lazy when it comes to doing weights at home. So I rather not spend the money and just go carry those weights in the gym.
