In army, when U are outfield, u don’t wanna step on a landmine cos it will explode and u and your mates will get blown up.
In chionging terms, landmines are MPs/MLs u don’t wanna go to either cos service suck or service level don’t match up to price quoted or the price is just simply too high. Hope it helps

business is tough, the LBN keep asking me to visit again.. Clean joint?? probably you asked them over text probably?? it will be different once u are at the premises.

or they mean clean since they are new kid in the neighbourhood and all the reno and beds are relatively clean?
