Batam must avoid transfer money to book. All those unknown cities are swarmed with extortion and flight risks. Take one that says COD or NO DP.
Jakarta or Jogja or other big cities in Java are more reliable. Bali included. But don't take my word for it, there's got to be some keyword like "verified by" that take DP & reliable, but some are criminals.

Yup so far from me experience even the COD is not great as they don’t look like the pics and the servcie is poor

Me kena scammed once, will never transfer upfront from now on. 150$ for school fee

Some online agree cod St 500k Lt 1jt, but when they reach ur room, they will ask for payment, saying the boss is waiting downstairs for the payment. If u pay up and let her bring the money down, that the end u will see ur money.

I use Michat + Fakegps app to change location to batam Nagoya area. Sure there are a lot of traps in michat but since I'm in SG, I could slowly filter them.

So I have tried the gold package and the massage only package at octuposs.
I find service so much better here and not worth trying a FL. I have visited multiple days and have been happy with even the massage only package (you can’t pick the therapist)

Never deposit online from apps/twitter. COD is the way to go.

To not waste your time, ask for verification selfie with thumbs up etc to make sure its what they look like. If they dont, then dont bother.

Anyways, i'll be at Batam from 14th to 18th. Wanna hang?

Should be safe if no one travels to barelang bridge or Batam center areas.
