found a mp with happy ending, its on 122 st, in old old hotel call mean hour hotel 棉澳， i think the chinese name is wrong, short term memory loss, anyway walk up to 2nd floor abt 20 girls for u to choose, khmer in pink shirts, vn in yellow shirts, mostly fugly, i was interested to try so pick a 6, khmer, she says 18, after picking go to counter to take key for room, the gets a receipt fm counter girl, immediately inside the room she ask massage or boom boom, i say boom boom, she then say hv to change room, pay $6, so pay $6 and change room to boom boom.

damage - room$6, massage$6, bonking$30

overall - place very run down, girls quality not so good, maybe will try again at peak hour 7 to 9pm, i went at 2pm

yes i went to Mean Huar hotel..it used to be very pop but got shut down 4-5yrs ago..i went around 1pm saw 3 girls oldies not even 5 points from me pron less than 5... the paris no l,onger offers massage, but if bolueeh paid 6+6+30 for bonking form a 6/10..then i would rathe rgo to sould where i paid 6+40 for a bonkinjg form a 8-9/10

Use google search for "soul phnom penh" and u will get the answer. It is at the street where u head towards Sofitel Hotel. Usually 30 for a shot, 50 for 2.

I went with a friend months ago who has been in PP for about 20 yrs. Told me rates is about USD 30. Went to room, ger wanted USD 30, I just ok and boom boom....

Dun really like Soul.... the gers are better looking but the rooms are directly opposite.

Updates and observations feb 2014
I was told bar top ten was one of the better ones, the first time i went there was a very attractive taller girl, but she was like ice queen so didnt call her over as i expected her to be " uncooperative"...yesterday i decided to test my assumption, and true to my guess, she doesnt barfine, he name is srey mao..26yr old def the best looker in the bar,has worked there for 2 yrs but within 1mth of working was sponsored by a 38yr old american of questionable work practice. So guys avoid her if u want to barfine, she also isnt a great conversatioonalist though is suitably friendly if u want your 4dollar LD to be platonic conversations.

I went to mao bar and there isin my view the most beautifal bar girl/hostess working there def a 9 even a 10 there. She was sitting on the lap of a barang when i got thereandhe had the look on his face of the cat that swallowed the canary, he was the king at that time. When i came in she was friendly and greeted me but didnt leave her barang as there was a glass full LD slips to attest to his dedication to her (100usd worth min in my guessimate) There is also a few pleasant ladies also there.
I needed to use the toilet and when i came back there where 2 new customers, or unknown asian origin, only when they spoke k'mai did i know. What i did notice was that the 9 girl left her barang and was fliting heavily with the kymer. When i got a chance i spoke to the two men and was told one was a high level executive in cambodia biggest computer company, the other was some kind of governemt minister, i looked over and the barange was check bin and he looked like he was about to cry hahah. I joked with the twomen that they made the barange very sad hahah The lesson learnt is we can never beat rich cambodian men at their own games, and dont let the pretty women milk us for drinks aslots of times it would lead nowhere.

I also went to shanghai bar, the quality of girls isnt great if only that they hire slim and younger girls...i was sitting and joking with them i didnt buy any lady drinks as i didnt fancy any..and then a barang came in and he was swamped by 5-6 girls, i asked the othere who he is,she said she doesnt know just that he buys lots of drinks, imnot so sure id be happy known as the guy who has to buy drinks to get attention.

I visit again mean huar..chose a attractive viet gal #12, good bbbj i told them i didnt want the two room proceedure so paid 6+30r rather than the extra 6forteh token massage

I also revisited yang chau..first time i paid 6+25 for a viet, this timei chose kymer paid 30 all inclusive..seemsthis is the cheapest i can bargain down to.

I also found some local cheap fuckshops..paid 15 dolars for boom boom..the original pricing was 3usd for fan room massage and 5 dolalr for aircom...looks comparable to young baby fat cambo girls in the bars but not exactly my type once the clothes came off..bad skin, i was there to mainly explore...name was massage 53 btw start price was 35usd for boom boom

In another area found massage 99 5 massage, boom boom with cute viet girl was 20+5, i bargain down to 10+5...this girlmuch more attractive and better skin..more value in my mind.

I also drove around the freelancer street girls..most undisirable but idef say a few hotties like 7-8 cost 10-20usd didnt bargain too hard so maybe lower
