just came back from Bangkok, was an eye opener visiting the gogo bars.
I went around 7.30 so not many customers yet, can look at the ladies, chat and had a beer and brought one back to hotel

There are a lot of sport bars full of farangs along sukhumvit area. Just check with the waitress whether are they screening anot.
If not stay in a hotel that has it on their tv.

AGG save it bro, u go there for puyings not watch soccer, why waste $$ in there.

For Internet access sim card, go to AIS counter once u clear the immigration at the airport. If I'm not wrong 399baht for a local sim card with 1gb Internet for a week.

considering how crazy the thais are into their football, you will be hard pressed to avoid a place screening the champion's league final.

I bet even the street hawkers will be tuning in.
