While looking for new hunting ground, came across this thread. Report and information posted by seniors and members were informative so decided to visit PP. Return about 3 week ago. Chosen CASA Boutique Hotel that was frequently mentioned, guest friendly, KTV and Disco are within this hotel premise. Called to pre-book room and transport. Told by hotel that they do not provide free airport pickup but can arrange for a van or mini bus chargeable at USD 19 for 6 of us.
But on the day of arrival, we were fetch by two taxis. There is a taxi booth once out of the airport exit and charge only USD 9 dollars, so basically paid one extra dollar to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious but the shower pressure was poor (if you are looking for a good shower after a hot day, or a hot session, can forget about this hotel).
After dinning, went to Lemon Bar at ST136. There were about 10 to 12 Khmer gals, quality between 5 to 6/10. Beer was at USD3, lady drink at USD3.5. Hop to next bar called OASIS. There were about 25 Khmer gals. Locked on to two sisters, one said “having stomach ache” one said “No booking” only drink with customer, anyway brought both a few lady drink, left and went to CASA KTV. Generally, there are 2 groups of hostess in CASA, PRC and Viets. Price was still at: PRC – LT USD200, Viet – LT USD100. Obviously went for Viets. After fun, ask for bills. Break down: 1 x Liquor USD160, Mixer and finger food USD120 (1 can of coke cost 4 dollar, 1 bottle mineral water 3 dollars), 6 gals sitting fees charged into bill by company USD120. Shocking total USD400… excluding personnel tip for gals (USD20 for sitting tip or USD100 for LT). Mr A made a commotion, shouting at Mami about the USD20 sitting fees coz he was told by the floor manager that the USD20 sitting fees is deductable from the USD100 if booked the gals. But one good thing is that no corkage for 2 bottle of personnel liquor we brought in. Anyway, told Mr L to tip Mr A and my gals as I grab Mr A back to room before thing turn really bad. 30 mins later, 3 out 4 returned with their gals while Mr A and me were left high and dry for the night.
Following night went Naga World. Two of them donated some $$ to the casino, drop by Darling Darling, only a few FL inside, it was around 9 pm, maybe it still early. Three of us decided go Pontoon while the rest return hotel for honking session. Pontoon Disco, place is crowded with farang, many FL but mostly Khmer gals, quality so so but still some SYT. Later in the evening, two gal walk in, notice they were at Darling Darling earlier, properly no customer, so came Pontoon. Got one, paid USD100 for LT. If bargain hard enough, should able to lower the price as it was around 1am in the morning.

The bosses of all entertainment still need to make money whether pre or post election unless there is a civil war else everything will be normal.

Election would have been over by then. The incumbent CCP is expected to be back in power. The Sam Rainsy Party is putting on a huge show. Their motor(cycle)cade is almost as large as the CCP's.

It would be wise to avoid where they congregate, whether the CCP's or the oppositions'. Who knows a metal pineapple might be tossed in.

Any trouble after the election may stemmed more from internal movement in the government - ministers, fat from their lucrative positions, may be reluctant to relinquish power; some will be retired and if their cronies are not selected as replacements, some resentment may be felt.

However, for the common folks, life will go on. Whoever is in power one thing is for sure, the country continues to be raped.

Hmm would possibly be at SR by end of month.

Been skimming through the pages and most got their girls from clubs/bars/disco. Since I am alone, I wouldn't be going there. Instead any other ways to get one for LT? The prices seem to fluctuate a lot from USD5 to USD200. What's the rough market price for a Khmer girl? Don't wanna get myself chopped.

Nothing special to report, but I was in La Cyrcee three days ago. Total damage 32USD for one girl including beer. Additional girl cost 20USD. Good service and no rush.

Anyway I still miss Sophies. Girl used to cost 10USD and I took sometime five girls for quick fun with total damage around 50USD.

Sorry about mistake. I had two girls team few hours ago and basic cost was 59USD. Service was above normal standards so I tipped each of them 5USD to make total cost to 69.

Trip report August 2013.
Checked into Phnom Penh hotel at corporate rate of $92 a night in club room.Excellent breakfast as usual.They have a good live band in the evenings in the lounge.
Took a regular from Sharkys,cost $50 for long time.This is the standard rate now,she said,with $30 for short time.Sharkys was a bit quiet.My regular tells me that the owner of Sharkys is not happy,as he is losing $5000 a month.
Martinis was busier,with a lively disco.There were a few lookers here.I met a Chinese looking girl at the Walkabout,she said that she was of mixed race.Good,intelligent company,but she would not allow full penetration,presumably because this would have hurt her.She gave me her phone number.
Went shopping to Sorya Mall.This is a great place to buy good quality watches at low prices.It was difficult to find XXL shirts,but there was a store in the City Mall selling these.
The plan was then to visit Sihanoukville.Twice before,I had been with a girl from the Freedom Bar.To me she was a 9/10.I sent her a SMS to see if she was still available.She rang me back,so I arranged a taxi to Snooky,$80 for just myself.

Arriving at Snooky,I checked into the Sokha Beach resort.$175 walk in rate,but I later changed to the cheaper $140 internet rate.I sent an SMS to my previous regular girl in Snooky.A man replied,saying that he had married her and that she was no longer available.Disaster.
That evening I went to the Freedom bar,now called the Freelance bar.There was a new owner.I saw no freelancers,just serving girls behind the bar.Disaster again.
I rang the chinese looking girl from Phnom Penh,she had said that she was keen to accompany me in Sihanoukville.
She took the bus,the same day to Sihanoukville.
On the first day,we went to Occuheteul beach,chilling out and taking photos.In the evening,we went to the Freelance bar,again there were many serving girls,but no obvious freelancers.
The next evening,we visited Victory Hill.There were several lively bars with friendly freelancers.We played pool here.Afterwards,I had wanted to go to Bibas,but the tuktuk driver said that Bibas was now closed and the port area was no longer safe for foreigners.He said that he feared for his own safety there.The brothel area there is now mainly frequented by fishermen.

Thanks Bro Namlo....I think Phnom Penh is really cheap to cheong..few.. dollars for our drinks and the ladies drink where to find.... and somemore as you said they dont butterfly..I enjoy the part where we cheong pub after pubs and I like the chinese restaurent that you brought me the food is really good and tasty especially the soup...I will be back again soon
