if you are bilingual & read both tnp & wb or sinmin, some of the joint names are different. the one at blk 128 is known as wenming in tnp & shu zhan in the chinese papers. if the shops had put up ads in the papers, then no logic to be discreet. only helping them to extend their ads here. well enjoy!

 Have recce and tried the services of BLK 128 TP, here is my FR:Went around the blk to see if the place is discreet enuff, was quite glad that it was.
