Update on Hai Lang, price went up to 880, selection was a mixed bag of 6-8s. Shan't waste time to FR since SOP service. But rem to take their lighter, got a cool lightbulb at the base

If you walk north on Panyu, and turn left on Yanan (cross Yanan first) there is a sauna on your right (I think it's called Lucky Garden - in anycase the english name has Sauna in it). You can't miss it - it's probably 100 m from the intersection.

It's 1200, but it's nice because its a massage and then FS. I like it because the massage is nice, but its pricier than 880 at 999, etc.

There are many places in or around XuHui. You can look past a few pages (search for posts by ebonkie). Here's some I know off the top of my head

999 天钥桥路 is close for sauna.

Many massages in Xuhui - Wanping Lu and Nandan Lu has some, Nandan Lu and Caoxi Lu (search for these).

There is actually a sauna right become Oriental plaza on the south west corner of HongQiao Lu and Caoxi Lu. It's on the 8th floor (if I remember correctly). No soapy. 880 rmb. If you walk behind Oriental, you'll see a sign for 桑拿.

You are talking about the shop on the first floor beside HDF? Yes - I have been there. I liked the girls there, they are all small and tight, but they ask for a lot in tip (ask 500, talked down to 200)! I built a good relationship with one there and ended up with some FS freebies but she left, and I haven't been back in a few months.

Shanghai weather is damn hot lately, then heavy rain due to typhoon, and hot again, this goes on and on: hot, typhoon, rain, hot, typhoon, rain, hot..........come September will be cooler! But hor one thing good, everyday walking to and fro from home/work place, eyes eat ice-cream, can see all the bouncing neh nehs in those thin transparent t-shirts, that u definitely can't see in Winter
