eh I ask ah -- I've been going there quite often -- mostly for work -- but I do go to the bars and meet the girls, I noticed they don't often do BJs (capped or otherwise). One of the girls I went out with a few time said that only ladyboys do that and the girls consider it disrespectful.

I was brought to this KTV inside the Champs - Elysées Hotel located at No. 185, Trasak Paem (St. 63), 12302 Phnom Penh.

The room standard was somewhat in between Dynastic Classic KTV and Jade KTV, which is not bad. The very fair and swee mama-san came in to introduce her, I thought wow this mummy can sit with me. No wonder someone said that Chang Ping is getting too expensive, so better to come to PP to play.

I think the girls can bring back from USD 50 to 80, but I chose not to because must act cool in front of the locals. Now that I know the place, surely will RTF here in my next trip soon .,......

I was there circa 1983, no actions at all because I was there to train the staff of Sedona Hotel on our software but mostly because I was there with a sales staff who's given up his job a couple of years ago to be a pastor, so go figure.

The powder or paste is called thanaka. Also, they call their sarongs longyi :O)

Based on my last trip, it seems that the flood gate is already half opened (thanks to Obama and Hillary) >_< Hopefully, it will take a while before it get to be like BKK or HCMC :O)
