If anyone is looking for a recommendation in Shanghai, I would highly recommend the KTV at Everbright International Hotel. Was recommended to me by a friend and have been there a few times. Huge selection of girls from all over China and most of them are gorgeous. Slim, tall, nice boobs (some of them). Tried a few of the SHLF.com before... Their apartments not very clean and I think they are controlled by OKTs, person you talk to online is not the girl for sure, it's an OKT juggling 20 QQ accounts at the same time so be prepared for lag time in your queries.
